CentOS in VPS Hosting
When you get one of our virtual private server plans, you will see CentOS as one of the Operating System options on the registration page. You can choose to install either the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of CentOS, determined by the software that you want to install later. Unlike other Linux releases, CentOS supports different web hosting Control Panels as well, so you will be able to choose Hepsia, cPanel or DirectAdmin, each of which can be installed during the VPS creation, along with web server software, MySQL server software, etcetera. When you'd like to have a VPS for some other purpose or if you want different software on it, you can order your server without Control Panel and you'll get a machine with CentOS and the Apache web server software only. With a CentOS-powered virtual server from us, you'll enjoy a secure and reliable website hosting service for all your websites.
CentOS in Dedicated Web Hosting
CentOS is one of the Operating Systems that we supply with all of our dedicated server packages. Throughout the signup process, you'll be able to choose from the 32-bit and the 64-bit release of the OS and ensure that the software environment on your new server meets the requirements of the apps that you intend to set up. Compared to other Operating Systems, CentOS also allows you to pick from several website hosting Control Panels, determined by what you need the server for. With Hepsia, for instance, you'll be able to control the entire server like an individual account regardless of the number of domain names which you host, while with cPanel and DirectAdmin, you can generate an independent account for each and every domain name, which will give you the opportunity to start a hosting reseller business. In case you do not choose any Control Panel, you'll receive your server with CentOS only, as the software that comes with the Control Panels will not be installed. We also supply weekly OS updates as part of our own Managed Services package, so you won't need to invest effort and time downloading and installing the most recent and most protected software on your dedicated server.
