A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your site(s) to our leading–edge cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesired network downtime. This is why we will do all that for you for free!We have highly competent administrators whose main job is to make sure that your web site functions exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon well–known scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, since there are a lot of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not large).

A: Yep. We will need the name of the web site that you want us to migrate. We will also require a means to log into your old web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your website.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the contract that we’ll have with you as a client. We’re focused on protecting the security of the private info gathered from the customers. To do so, we employ technical security measures in order to prevent the loss, the misappropriation, the modification or the unauthorized disclosure of the personal information under our control. The safety measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative operations to safeguard and secure the info that we acquire online. When we request customers to provide financial information (for example, a credit card number), this info is masked using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method.

A: Nah. Your site will stay available online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we will tell you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will have to do is update your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: No. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yes. We support all regular Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, because we don’t provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.In addition, we do not support proprietary site creation and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
